This error appeared to me when running UUP Dump Miniserver in build 17677: In the build 17134 I didn't see that error, so I was able to download the UUP files in that build.
I cannot do anything with it. The server starts default browser by using start command and for some reason it's broken there. Workaround is to run miniserver and then manually enter the address to the browser. By default it's 127.0.0.1:44400
I believe uupdl-master-14.36 is the latest Build. Before you use be sure to run the updater for the latest API. and Build info.
UUP dump API 1.15.1 has been released. Changes: - Added option to use latest build for fetching by specifying WU build number as 0 - Something probably got fixed, but I'm not sure what. Update whatever you use however you want.

I also get to see 1769 when updating database etcetc, but when i select to download the Current FAST Ring release, it is 17686. Brand new download of UUPDL: 14.39
