Same here, HP SLIC 2.1 shows fine while running on 32-bit host Even the digital signature of the dll is there (?!?) sebus
SLIC 2.1 is backward compatible, so it WILL activate Vista (that requires 2.0) You can NOT have more than a single SLIC active in the BIOS (even more could possibly exist in there) sebus
Hi Sebus Looking for vbox BIOS replacement I've founded this From vbox forum: The source code for the BIOS is in src/VBox/Devices/PC/BIOS. The makefile creates pcbios.bin and pcbios-syms.h. The BIOS is then linked into the VBoxDD2 shared library by the make for src/VBox/Devices. Might helps
guess someone has to compare 3.10 vboxdd.dll with the one atreyu posted. disassemble to know what changes were made to be able to do it again. there has to be someone here at MDL that can do it. wonder why he went MIA
VirtualBox SLP&SLIC I was successful in getting Windows xp activated using the Hewlett-Packard string in the xml file with oembios files for HP. I have tried the same with Windows 2003 Standard R2 with HP Bios and it still fails to activate with oembios files and HP key or new MS key for OEM. Does anyone have information what string values to use for 2003R2 and correct bios files for activation?
