It appears now that the Office 2016 updates released late in July 2023 are a sort of bridging updates for 2 months, July and August. One indication is that some of the Critical non-security updates made redundant some Security updates from July 2023, even if they are not superseded according to the metadata. Would there be another surprise release this month, or just getting back to normal after one off release OOB due partially at least to the 4th July holiday?
Updated WHDDownloader Office 2010 lists to add repacked cab files for: eqnedt322010-kb4011610 rmaddlocal2010-kb2879953 pjloc2010-kb3054882 visioloc2010-kb2881025 original links text files are still included the repacked cab is mainly for easier download and extract of multiple langs MSPs (e.g. for Upsourcer script) for kb2879953 case, it's for less download size (~ 1 MB cab vs. ~ 35 MB exe), since the contained osetup.dll is superseded to get the new lists in WHDDownloader, delete current Office2010-*.wh lists (i didn't update the lists date to avoid confusion)
