Even though you have some strange choices of words, I can feel your pain. Will download murphy's X64 Office 2013 JUL 2014 torrent and use the updates folder from it.

I think it should work on my retail license.

    Office / Visio / Project 2010 SP2 files missing

Did I miss something? Can't find those SP2 files for Office / Visio / Project 2010 SP2 using WHDownloader, they are listed no more as usual, didn't notice when you decided to exclude them from Office 2010 updates list.

It seems some updates have been pulled, or at least it has said it isn't available for the last couple of hours for me. As it's 1.30 am Friday here I might call it a night. Regardless of whether the updates 'are there' or not, I'll upload the lists tonight! when I get home (around 11 pm), if any of the updates don't download then I'll just mention to keep trying. As I said, next month I'll skip all other considerations and just posts the lists and update them as required. The only reason why I haven't been doing this (with the hotfixes consideration etc) is because it could mean redownloading several hundred megabytes for the difference between the Windowsupdate updates and the hotfixes, and the updates this month are very minor, non security related fixes.

I've updated the Office installer, and have given it to somebody to test. It's just a minor bugfix for people who use the click2run versions, so most people aren't really affected by it. The other things are getting there... slowly. I am still thinking my way around the best way to do the Installer for Windows updates using the new repository layout

On a separate note, the Windows 9 preview (this is pre-RC) is rumoured to be released on 30 September. Hopefully Microsoft haven't muffed it!

Don't know if anyone noticed but microsoft released a new update KB2993651, superseeding KB2930275. Maybe should be considered on the next update of the list's for windows 7 both versions (x86 & x64).

Hi, how can i extract several Office 2013 update files (*.exe) into msu/msp/xml files at one time. I know how to do this with a single file using the /extract switch. Tried so many ways and software, but nothing seems to work. :(

    Thanks

you could simply select all updates and extract them with 7-zip or winrar to a directory and afterwards copy the msp's to updates directory.

Also you can try the following script that's availble in technet :

    @echo off

    del %temp%\oupdates.txt /q

    for /f "delims=-; tokens=1,2,3,4,5" %%i in ('dir /b *kb*.exe') do echo %%j-%%i-%%k-%%l-%%m >> %temp%\oupdates.txt

    for /f "delims=-; tokens=1,2,3,4,5" %%i in ('type %temp%\oupdates.txt') do %%j-%%i-%%k-%%l-%%m /log:%temp%\officeupdates.log /passive /norestart

Just copy that into a txt file and rename it and it will install the updates without having to extract them.

Have you also tried MTK it does give the option to make the integration of the updates without much hassle.

    To share scripts please use

tags, the '#' symbol in post editor. Otherwise the forums software might break it by formatting :cool2:.

    Yes, it's normal

some updates has multiple components, and localized (language-specific) are considered as separate update

Thank you so much !! This did the job .

If you right-click at the bottom of the WHDownloader app, you'll find the "Office MSP Extractor" option.

Both Office 2013 lists look empty, but the rest work OK

    Office 2013 lists updated :)

The list will only show new updates when the lists have been updated. It's not an automated procedure, they have to be updated manually.

A good thing would be that you write that alternative software instead of getting a red tomato face and stop ranting on Alphawaves' work.
