No these are tools that are associated with builds that developers use to make things like device drivers or work on software in advance of the official windows release. For example, I just sniped the winrecfg and winrecfg-enus files from the winpe iso and I will modify @Enthousiast's script installer for my diskpart/setup script to make a custom v1.4 so that people can use a standard moved recovery partition without erroring out. But that will need to wait till tomorrow b/c I'm sleepy.
if i install the 21996 can i update if release the new update on windows update??thanks my english is little bad!!always i use stable one not dev or insider thats why i question
WhyNotWin11 is fresh release script on github. It don't heave full list for CPU compatibily but if you check Microsoft's docs and use this tool you can see what miss, how in my case is realy sad check that the problem will can be a not problem... but Microsoft at the moment don't support 7th gen.

Have already installed adk 22000 + pe addons to be able to fetch all mui files and putting back in the add-package lines to integrate them. Will do en-US first. Will update the tool when 22000.x gets released (current 22000 cabs are not 21996 compatible): Code: ============================================================ Win 11 Boot & Upgrade FiX KiT v1.4a... ============================================================ ================================================================================ Select the desired FiX... ================================================================================ [ 1 ] - Put the Win 11 install.wim/esd in a Win 10 ISO (Provide a Win 10 ISO in the "Source_ISO\W10\" Folder) This method is usefull for clean installs from boot, using the standard W10 setup. [ 2 ] - Integrate Diskpart & Apply Image script (v1.28) and replace "appraiserres.dll" with one from a 1703 ISO This method enables you to use the alternative Diskpart & Apply Image installation script and circumvent "TPM 2.0 is required" error when (inplace) upgrading. ================================================================================ * Type your option and press Enter: 2 Extracting Source ISO... 7-Zip 19.00 (x86) : Copyright (c) 1999-2018 Igor Pavlov : 2019-02-21 Scanning the drive for archives: 1 folder, 1 file, 4874553344 bytes (4649 MiB) Extracting archive: Source_ISO\W11\21996.1.210529-1541.co_release_CLIENT_CONSUMER_x64FRE_en-us.iso -- Path = Source_ISO\W11\21996.1.210529-1541.co_release_CLIENT_CONSUMER_x64FRE_en-us.iso Type = Udf Physical Size = 4874553344 Comment = CCCOMA_X64FRE_EN-US_DV9 Cluster Size = 2048 Created = 2021-05-31 02:00:00 Everything is Ok Folders: 84 Files: 932 Size: 4868902748 Compressed: 4874553344 ============================================================ Adding Murphy78 Diskpart and Apply Image Script 1.28 To Boot.wim... ============================================================ Scanning "murphy78-DiskPart-Apply-v1.2.8\x64\" 80 KiB scanned (3 files, 4 directories) Using LZX compression with 1 thread Archiving file data: 80 KiB of 80 KiB (100%) done Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool Version: 10.0.19041.844 Mounting image [==========================100.0%==========================] The operation completed successfully.
