Do any of these updates fix the issue where the Startmenu does not list programs listed on the system in startmenu list? reinstalling the programs does not add this programs to startmenu list either, there is also the issue where nothing I try to pin to the Startmenu actual gets pinned. When I did this upgrade in VM all this worked just fine when I Did this on actual hardware, none of it worked
Creators Update 1063 is good but I look forward to Microsoft completely removing 'Control Panel' from Windows 10 because it doesn't fit into the modern UI. I would rather have UWP if such a core component cannot be moved completely into 'Settings'. Another things is the file Explorer overhaul into UWP going very slow to incorporate into Creators Update. It seems few things aren't working well with it yet, like deleting some files with the Delete key, unresponsive actions, etc.
DISM RestoreHealth was not working in Creator's Update RS2 final release, so I have no idea how to update using that file... DISM Log:
Code: Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.15063] (c) 2017 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved. C:\Windows\system32>dism /online /add-package /packagepath:"F:\windows10.0-kb4016252-x64_46554ff4d8b980083092d84a8bd64810c13015cf" Do you see the error? The links/commands given in OP without using Code tags, are broken due to VBulletin formatting. Use complete: Code: DISM.exe /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath:F:\windows10.0-kb4016252-x64_46554ff4d8b980083092d84a8bd64810c13015cf.cab
I don't know whether or not it fixes DISM, but CU is on WU which brings it to 15063.14 but you must use WU on version 1703
You mean Creator's Update is now available through official Windows Update portal? I ran updates today and it dd not find anything and now that I added .CAB to my command, it installed just fine.
