Oh, that is what you meant. The new update does not fix corrupted DISM, I continue to get this, even when I correctly specify the source location - I tried ESD version, WIM version, with and without LimitAccess, different directories for install.wim file, etc. None of it changes these errors:
As I pointed out, it's posted in the 1703 thread (this one) but you posted that it doesn't show in 1607.
.14 cu didnt fix the startmenu issue where installed programs and reinstalled programs are not getting listed in apps list in start menu nor did it fix the problem were you can pin any app to the start menu that isnt system app. anyone know how to fix this? I really dont want to clean install to find out it still happens I like been hearing
Few ppl mentioning the start menu problems, probably not a lot of help but maybe there will be a hefty zdp on April 11th addressing a lot more than the previous CU's have.
I still see no relevance. It does not show, others reported as well on 1703. Lets do not be picky, but constructive! Simply the icon entry is in wrong place! It should be: Code: Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DesktopBackground\Shell\Control Panel] "Icon"="imageres.dll,-27" [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DesktopBackground\Shell\Control Panel\command] @="rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL"
I don't have link but did you download upgrade assistant for 1703, I to had a lot of DISM errors when I tried to upgrade, I tried everything you have DISM wise, finally went back to 1607 , and will upgrade though Media Creation tool on 11 Apr, maybe 12:00 PM ET on 10 April 2017? I have 1703 on Windows Insider computer
Can't Download yet but the URL gives Official Name of ISO Win10_1703_English_x32.iso Win10_1703_English_x64.iso
Code: Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DesktopBackground\Shell\Control] @="@shell32.dll,-4161" "icon"="Control.exe" [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DesktopBackground\Shell\Control\command] @="Control.exe"
