I know NTLite can do it. But I never needed to create one.

Yes, the 16170.1000 is the new rs3 release that is now going out to Fast Ring users.

 

I switched over to slow ring on Insiders until some of the growing pains are fixed

 

My Windows version is 15063.13
Is This version final or not

bios is up to date, im thinking my old lenovo t450 can go any further 14393 mite be a hardware limitation, i tried the lenovo forums with no luck. any other ideas would be appreciated thanx

I have .14 on Insider build, .13 on 15063 Final
