    1703 will not always be instantly offered, be patient :)

    You can do it manually by using the MCT (direct upgrade) or Upgrade Assistent.

    You know that you'll get the same thing in days/weeks that you can get today using Upgrade Assistand/MCT/ESD to ISO, right?

    Insider advice: If that is a test PC, install the first RS3 build :D

    You can install x86 or x64 in a second machine. In the next week, (in my case) I'm going to set up 2 PCs for get x86 and x64 :D
