    It's rare. According to catalog:

    Answered by abbodi1406 1-2 weeks ago, all 14393 sku use the same WU Agent, he also posted a solution to get rid of it.

    Hm, it seems MS fixed a problem with display driver on my test laptop.
    Funny enough how they always reintroduce the same problem with each iteration of W10 - only to solve it with first cumulative update.

    Does the education version work with KMS activation?

    Also can you disable Windows update and windows defender?

    Also, where is this ISO?

    RS2 and RS3 are feature updates for RS1, what doesn't LTSB get? Feature updates.

    I did a test yesterday and that msi doesn't get offered nor installed by WU on 2016 LTSB en-US and nl-NL.

    You may need time for get the update. Like the old method for get IP builds, opt and wait for ESD.

    Just guessing. I will contact to MSFT later
