    did any one have low speed connection after using win10 15063 update?!
    i noticed that there is TLS Handshake on firefox connection with slow loading pages ..

    Now you can download Windows 10 update KB4022716 Offline Installers. Microsoft today released Windows 10 cumulative update KB4022716 Build 15063.447

    I've had a major bug upgrading from 1607 to 1703 earlier. All normal programs (x86), not from Windows Store, disappears from the start menu and the task bar. It happens both on a clean install, and upgrade from 1607. I've tried several times. Last time was in April.

    Do anyone know if this bug is fixed? Have anyone else had this bug?
