Is there any difference doing a clean install from an ISO made out of 15063.483 ESD and15063.0 ESD beside updates?

The FULL ESD (clientcombined(SL)(N) contains up to 4 indexes), the MSDN ISO's up to 2, that's the difference. UUP files are WU files, mainly insider builds and the first release of new builds are released as UUP files.. Quick question, should I use, 1. 15063.0.170317-1834.rs2_release_clientpro_ret_x64fre_en-us OR 2. 15063.0.170710-1358.rs2_release_svc_refresh_CLIENTPRO_RET_x64fre_en-us to do a clean install for general use? What is svc_refresh?
Refresh aka updated builds, the second one has the sstack, july CU and flash update pre integrated (build 15063.483).
Download the july refresh 15063.483 iso/esd and integrate the aug CU and Flash update and you have 15063.540
My friend just call me hes having a problem he trying to upgrade from the 14393 to 15063 after initial setup is complete and machine reboots will not come out of the window logo can u upgrade from 14393 to 15063...thanx
