hey guys. need help. I am unable to install themes from store. It says error occurred. Error code showing is 0X80070422. Please help guys
by the time it gets rolled out live in april to non insiders there will be a post update cu for this build just like all the other ones
Personally i think this is a run up test and will be another build out .. But that my 2 cent .. Just look at the run up to Windows 10, 10240 same pattern happening again ..
The release history of 10240 indicated that there will be no new builds, but rather, only cumulative updates and ZDP on GA day. So the evidence you posted contradicted your statement.
Ok, thanks! Sorry for being a noob, but how can I convert a ESD file to an ISO one? And how can I remove the default language pack and add the one corresponding to my language?
@Nucleus, I have a question about your posted #381 on page 38. Have you a clean ISO en-GB without en-US after step 1-4 done? MUI script has partially or some Remained default en-US after new ISO created. And also are you still used 14393 ADK during progress steps for 15063.0? Thank you.
1. If you login with your Microsoft account and keep a 4 digit PIN, softwares like Tally9ERP used for accounting stop from launching. They launch and close within a second. Delete the online account and login as local account, the software starts working normally. 2. Loads of blank icons in Start Menu. Moving tiles also glitch 3. Random glitches like hard disk light blinking and Windows not loading during UEFI boot. Overall this build does not fit to be declared as final. The apps not loading after signing in as Microsoft account is a showstopper.
All you have to do to convert an .esd file to an .iso is put the .esd file in the same directory as the decrypter and drag the .esd file right over decrypt.cmd. It will give you a menu with choices for what you can create, e.g., .iso with install.wim or install.esd, just the .wim or .esd file, etc. As far as incorporating a language pack I'm not sure how that is done but you can google that. Use the newest version of the decrypter, version 28.
What .esd file did you use? Did you get a choice of options after you dragged it over decrypt.cmd? Also, there's kind of an update file with the decrypter that I always run even though I'm not sure what it does or if it's needed.
Forget it, I just noticed that I already have an ISO. Now I must learn how to remove the default language pack and to apply the one that I want. After that, how can I know if the official Creators Update ISO that will be released next month is the same as this one? By comparing their SHA-1? But I guess that by adding my native language pack to the EN-US ISO that I downloaded and removing its language pack (EN-US) it will make the SHA-1 different from the April ISO of my native language.
Ok, thanks! Sorry for asking you one more thing, but after I remove the default language pack and add a new one will time, currency and keyboard change to match my country's?
That's a good question. I'm really not sure since I haven't messed with language packs much as my native language is en-US. I would imagine that keyboard changes probably take place, but as far as time and currency this may not be the case because a language can be spoken in several countries, although language packs are specific to countries. You might have to change those in the OS after Windows is installed. Have you figured out how to change the language in the .iso? Doesn't look easy but I'm sure it can be done. I'm also not sure whether the language pack is added to the .iso or whether this is done after Windows is installed.
