He means he has used abbodi1406's W10MUI to integrate pt-pt in an en-us and now the setup asks what language he wants to install. @Windows 10 User: We have been trying to explain for a few days now how to do it with UUP files, it just works: Code: ============================================================ Preparing Reference ESDs . . . ============================================================ CAB->ESD: amd64fre_Client_pt-pt_lp CAB->ESD: Microsoft-Windows-ContactSupport-Package CAB->ESD: Microsoft-Windows-InternetExplorer-Optional-Package CAB->ESD: microsoft-windows-languagefeatures-basic-pt-pt-package_ac04e96edfabb18e4e34af44d16609b004b79899 CAB->ESD: microsoft-windows-languagefeatures-handwriting-pt-pt-package_e61dd6c70c843ad1dbe7417bfcd51ddea48bd45d CAB->ESD: microsoft-windows-languagefeatures-ocr-pt-pt-package_53cb168987a59bb504edb5ab34b177d67469ef9a CAB->ESD: microsoft-windows-languagefeatures-texttospeech-pt-pt-package_1f8a27be78bdd3f6cb2b63f2049aae9423257bd1 CAB->ESD: Microsoft-Windows-MediaPlayer-Package CAB->ESD: Microsoft-Windows-QuickAssist-Package ============================================================ Creating Setup Media Layout . . . ============================================================ ============================================================ Creating boot.wim . . . ============================================================ Using LZX compression with 8 threads Archiving file data: 886 MiB of 886 MiB (100%) done ============================================================ Creating install.wim . . . ============================================================ Using LZX compression with 8 threads Archiving file data: 7042 MiB of 7042 MiB (100%) done ============================================================ Adding winre.wim to install.wim . . . ============================================================ ============================================================ Creating ISO . . . ============================================================ OSCDIMG 2.56 CD-ROM and DVD-ROM Premastering Utility Copyright (C) Microsoft, 1993-2012. Thank to Windows 10 User problems, I just made my first ISO from UUP's. Never tried before. Thanks @Enthousiast and @LostED for making all the files available, and @DiamondMon for the language packs. I do not know if my question has been asked before. If so, I apologize. Is it possible and recommended to upgrade from windows 1607 (OS 14393.970) to "Creators Update" from ISO? Thnks in advance
You don't need to remove a language pack after. abbodi's UUP>ISO Converter isn't for adding languages, it's for building a "your language" ISO from "your language" UUP files. In his post to you - LostED has kindly shown the procedure and given you all links you need, you delete: Code: microsoft-windows-languagefeatures-basic-en-us-package.cab microsoft-windows-languagefeatures-handwriting-en-us-package.cab microsoft-windows-languagefeatures-ocr-en-us-package.cab microsoft-windows-languagefeatures-speech-en-us-package.cab microsoft-windows-languagefeatures-texttospeech-en-us-package.cab Then replace them with same files in "your language" and add "your language" Canonical ESD and "your language" .cab (language pack). Then run abbodi's script (convert-UUP.cmd) as Admin and the destination ISO is created. No language pack(s) to remove. Just done En-GB ProN x64... Ok, but like I said, I've already tried it and it crashed but I'll try it again... And why is the Speech language pack only available in some languages (not in mine)?
For those of you in the Insider Program, they just released new Badges in the Feedback Hub for the last Bug Bash.
I just did clean install of PC Win 10Enterprise 15063 x86 and canĀ“t join to Insider Program with error 0x80004005...what am I doing wrong?
Finally, I successfully created a ISO with only the desired language pack. I don't know what I did wrong before. I did the same things now and it worked. Thank you!
Patience, perseverance and listening / learning always pays off...... Next time remember the efforts of those around you and the help that they freely give. As we say in the UK..... Don't bite the hand that feeds you
Thank you! I'll test the install to see if it has any error! Sorry to ask this again, but is this the final release that will come out in April? Well, I think I've explained myself well... I followed the instructions and it for some reason didn't work until now.
