There you will see that Enthousiast has posted ESD's in all languages, he's also posted there what indexes they contain. Get your appropriate ESD, make an ISO with abbodi's ESD Decypter. Extract/mount ISO and upgrade.

As posted here but you can skip 3 as you have no need to add/set other language.

Other option. Wait for new live ISO links to be posted again, they all went down last night.

Right click the iso. Mount it and run setup. Choose to keep all files and settings.

 

after i upgrading to 15063 with upgrade assistant, where is possible path that stored the esd file?
