While that gives me a brief idea, this is the first time i hear of windows10 fod -- typically what would you use it for? so there's an iso of it, does it contain a version of win10 os that is bare and where you can add features manually "on demand" or something?

Well that DDU crashes on build 15063 with latest ATI driver also riva tuner crashes some games in 64bit mode.rest works well.any workarround? EDIT: sorry wrong section just figured out

DDU simply changes the searchorder config reg value (can also be done via policy: Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\Device Installation\Specify search order for device driver source locations\Enabled|Do not search Windows Update). If you want to apply a policy before reboot run gpupdate.exe /force .
