    I just checked on AU and uninstalled apps show up also but aren't installed.

    It always was... LOL. Yes. On 1607 it can be opened by double click. Left click + Open. Right click + Open. Now MS guys just break behavior. And its fun to read assumptions like its new normal behavior.

    Several people already write that it does not show up on double click. Or maybe you think MS want blow their users brain? I do not think so...

    P.S. Btw why you defend MS at all? :)

    I bet $100 it will be fixed to behavour described above. Its obviously bug.

    ms changed the policy of double click opening defender, simple as that and now peeps complain :confused::eek::biggrin:

    Very strange indeed. Don't know why mine is shaded out. If anyone knows the Group Policy or registry area for this please let me know. Thanks guys.

    I have the same problem since the last cumulative update, the only solution is to get the most recent definitions from the Microsoft page, several people have the same problem because of this cumulative, is fixed until a new update of Defender appears in Windows Update and Yes, I have tried all the methods and the problem is not fixed, I think it has to do with the second bug corrected by that cumulative update.

    No problems here, or on any of the other machines I've updated & clean installed.

    Rubbish. MS are already providing cumulative updates for build 15063, which means it IS the RTM build (or whatever else you want to call it). As for the bugs, I've updated and clean installed several machines and it's running perfectly on all of them.

    Maybe registry tweak can fix this (I think it did it too).

    BTW, Disable suggested apps in Share pane not working.

    Man, it run perfectly. Where I said it not run perfectly? But it contain 2 bugs. 1st bug with open defender from taskbar, 2nd bug with UI in Game Settings section. If you can't find that it does not mean it non exists. About cumulative updates... Its cumulative update for Insider Preview. Before 5 april everything is still Insider Preview. Also before 5 april there is no 100% garantee that RTM will not be rebuilded. Yes I know that its not happen in past. But everything happen first time. So for paranoid users its not recommended to update before 5 april and ISO's available from MS site (for typical users, not insiders).

    A changed manor of using a tray icon is not a bug, it's a change.
