    Good afternoon everyone. I've noticed with the Fall Creators Update when I restart my system and a program didn't close 'correctly' (eg uTorrent), it will re-open automatically when the PC boots into Windows. Does anyone face this bug/feature? Any info on how to disable it?

    I never did update from previous RTM to current RTM. I did only once of twice when I couldn't make clean install of new build (beta).

    Thumbnail cache deleted after couple of boots or reboots. This not happend in RS2.

    I've experienced the same things, also, after a clean install, going in to settings/privacy/background apps, crashes settings. Only happens once but it's still a flaw. The Store in this build, again usually after a clean install or upgrade, is for most people broken. Can easily be fixed but it's just silly that the problem is there at all.
