Just an FYI and I'm sure its been found/stated before but.. i just noticed that 1709 W10Pro deletes the genuineticket.xml on boot preventing digital licensing..? Anyway - I copied over a genuineticket.xml from a win 7 install and then changed the ClipSVC permissions for the file (clone inherited->implicit) and removed delete permission and now the ticket stays and the install is activated As I said I'm sure others have noticed this but though I'd pass on the confirmation none the less
i wanna know if there is any way to work guest sharing on network in fall update. in all versions of windows worked until now .same procedure but my phone can see the pc but can`t access the share .the only solution is to go back or fix it ,i need this thx
You clearly didn't follow the instructions, keep offline till the ticket is in the correct folder, reboot and next go online. It will be deleted after windows is activated.
Hi boys... i have a question about the "official" tools "MediaCreationTools". If i use this tools from a computer whit Windows 10 home it's normal i can't choose the edition to download ? Or the ISO it's the same for all edition and it's only different the serial you use after a complete installation ? I have need to use this for a restore a HP mini-desktop of my friends........
ok great... i have create a pendrive last night and stay to re-install right now. On previous the pc goes in hangs at login screen...... if this new installation works i hope i can re-use my last license but it's an assembled desktop and i don't have serial or badge on case...... still waiting installation reach 100% and if i need i come back to ask some support right here *EDIT* Meanwhile... i thinks this pc have some serious grave issue. The news installation it's locked at "Preliminary Phase". I continue to see the spin icons but nothings append. I still wait for another 5 or 6 minutes and after call the legitimate owner for this BAD NEWS...

By creating ISO from UUP Files, you can create Home, Pro, Edu, etc. only ISO's. if you want. Example: 16299.15.170928-1534.RS3_RELEASE_CLIENTPRO_OEMRET_X64FRE_EN-US.ISO
Why are you doing all this? Once the machine has been activated, if you clean install at a later date, you just select 'haven't got a key' at the start of the setup and choose the correct version on next screen. Once installed, it's activated, because it recognises the HWID as being previously activated.
