So was my previous image, en-gb_windows_10_enterprise_version_1703_updated_june_2017_x86_dvd_10721594, VL although it does not contain VL in the name which the image en-gb_windows_10_multi-edition_vl_version_1709_updated_sept_2017_x86_dvd_100090747 has?

Perhaps I am just confused, but I am trying to see what differences there are, if any.

ok so I'm not the only one I knew It was my system as it seems to do it even on a clean install on 3 other machines

 

Does anyone have any problems logging it to Uplay with Fall Creator's Update? I have not been able to do in a week now, ever re-installs...

I have a Acer Laptop That came with Windows 8 or 8.1 (unsure) It as been upgraded to Windows 10 via the free offer & received updates ok
But my son says I would be better having a clean install & removing something called acer bundle software to make system run better So now this version is released can some kind person explain how I do this
I have made a backup of my system with Acronis True Image If anything goes wrong & backup the drivers
So need a download of uk version of 1709 16299.15 that will auto activated
I`m 77yrs young So a step by step guide Would be helpful

ps my grandson will help me also & also needs a version that will auto activated on his system that came with windows 10 home pre-install

Just download creators update iso and make a dvd. Once Windows 8 has been upgraded to 10, you would just reinstall Windows 10 clean choosing don't have a key during install. It will auto activate with a digital license.

Where do I download the iso files?
I want the english multi edition 64 bit 1709 and all I get is 403 forbidden or 404 not found. Specifically I want the enterprise edition.
Please help me with this issue.

Something I've noticed with 1709 is that even if you include the registry entry to disable start menu suggestions, Windows 1709 will re-enable it on account creation. Anyone know a method of perma-disabling the start menu suggestions in 1709?

 

Try O&O ShutUp 10

That worked for me to disable the Windows Feedback Reminders as they would also keep reverting back to Automatic every time I disabled them myself
