Even if RS4 final was out it would be a good idea to wait for the first post RS4 cumulative update unless you are 100% OK with potentially serious bugs (or have a test system).
I have a major problem with windows 10 1709 which is icons not pinning to start and/or start screen not going in full mode from settings. Even reinstall works in this manner 1. I stay in India but for windows 10 install, I keep US in install screen. 2. Then when I get first logon, I am able to do things in point 1. However, the time and date is US. 3. When I go to a store app, and let it use my location it chooses India. I also go to control panel and change date/time to India. 4. From that moment on, icons not pinning to start and/or start screen not going in full mode from settings. Any solutions. This is hugely frustrating. FYI, in settings, date and time, it is set time automatically, and not set time zone auto.
seems to be an issue with your default video card drivers , try updating them or switch back to some old one.
I try to enable windows insider program on my pc W10_rs3 but after restart my pc show me to add an account again , why happen that ?
I had the same problem. Reinstalled Windows and used my phone number to autentify myself on that device.
