MVS iso (consumer) = Techbench ISO (consumer)

16299.15 was the first release ISO, yes.

    6. Dynamic Update (Component Update)
    2018-03 Dynamic Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB4094276)

    7. Dynamic Update (Setup Update)

    8. Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB4073120)

    9. Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 Language Pack
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB4073143)

***The problem is probably due to KB4293700 update. This update seems to be mistakenly intermingled.***

Why would you try to integrate 2 versions of the same update?!
You most likely don't need Dynamic update and Reliability Improvements as the Latest Cumulative Update includes them.
Integrating Adobe Flash Player Update makes no sense, it's <1MB and often superseded (just like Defender definitions update).

Just integrate the latest Servicing Stack Update, and then the latest Cumulative Update (always in that order).

What are the updates to version 2 of the same update? Dynamic updates?

The two Dynamic updates are also mutually exclusive. One is Component update. Other is setup update.

Are you sure that the latest Cumulative Update package includes Dynamic update and Reliability Improvements updates? Could you show me a source?

    Hi everyone,
Long time lurker first time poster

I'm in need of the language packs ISO that you normally get with the enterprise version of win10 1709

We are putting together an SOE based on the 1709 release, we have licensing for education provided by government but we don't get access to the VLSC at all so we can't actually download the language packs ISO

I've done some searching on the forums and online and can't seem to find the ISO which has the language packs, speech packs and all the other bits

We don't give our students local admin on the school devices so on our new SOE we get a prompt on login to install optional features for speech and handwriting

Can anyone help me out with a link to a copy of the 1709 language packs ISO pretty please, as I've checked out the MSDN dump files but there doesn't seem to be anything resembling a lang packs ISO available on there

    Hi Dio,
Thanks for those, I've got those links already and downloaded those which gives me the interface language
It's the speech, handwriting and other bits that I was after though

I found another link late this afternoon that seems to have all the FOD components that I was after so will be testing those tomorrow

Anybody ever discovered why this error "A certificate was explicitly revoked by its issuer" appeared?

I now have it in unrelated file after update to 1809

It means the installer for the application XXX as been signed with a wrong certificate (digital signature) some third applications must be modified to be compatible with W10. So you have to re-download the setup.exe from the developper/company when it will be modified.
