Where's alextheg? Mod had a positive effect on it last time by laying down the law and warning ppl about constantly requesting, and about reading the OP, then threatened bans and if memory serves correctly banned a few.
It could be worse. There is no sarcastic mode for me to escape to. -- This happened with RS2 and it is happening with RS3. When will people finally accept that LTSB stands for Long-Term Service Branch? -- There is NO rs3 just as there was NO rs2 and we will not expect to see another LTSB until 2019.

Home -> Education works. IIRC I did so so with the factory Windows 10 installation of a few Dell laptops just by entering the license key. Which left me with a few systems running Education. I wasn't able to move them to Enterprise just by entering a new product key, until recently (started working on one of the 1709 builds)
