note:for install this specify online using command maybe is really need download the new dism 16299.15 and use online command for people who didn't get means its not in insider program... looks like for install online or integrate the updates of 1709 you need adk dism 16299.15

On another note but not applying to you at all, from some of my recent interactions I figured there is a reply and then there is a reply that questions your intelligence and/or competence. Not everyone is a software savvy person but then not everyone is a physicist or a doctor or a teacher.
As windows advances from 7 to 8.1 to 1607 and then to 1703/1709, the install process takes longer. One major culprit is this Cortana intro that takes most of 2 mins to get thru.
Alright thanks! Another question, is LTSB actually lighter than Pro? I'm planning to install it on my other old PC with 2GB of limited DDR3 RAM, will I be able to benefit it for it lacks Cortana and other related stuff but then includes other enterprise level things which are not needed? Thanks!
