    Maybe they don't believe that RTM could be number+suffix. Because it's first time MS did it.

    That's correct - 16299.15 is the RTM, .19 is a cumulative update.

    16299.15 is still in the release_preview ring, afaik (last night when i made the tutorials it still was).
    The 16299.19 CU has it's own download option in UUPDL.

    Are you also sorry that I gave you the link for exactly what you asked too? I notice you make no mention of that fact.

    Ppl should understand that for those of us who do read the thread it becomes very repetitive when others don't. In fact you could save the answer to "Is their Enterprise" and just paste it into a post every couple of pages. If only ppl would read the OP.
