Yesterday, Microsoft announced that they were discontinuing Grove (streaming) and even suggesting people switch to Spotify. I never liked Grove, but after yesterday's reaction, I guess I was the minority as a lot of people on social media were upset.
I thought I read they were taking the ability to use making a system image out of this os, but its still in this build .....
Is there a comprehensive guide that lets me remove(I ONLY care about the remove part) the "Mixed Reality Portal" and "Windows Defender Security Center" from the START menu? I had found a post in here but the dude didn't know English, I couldn't understand what he was trying to say and I almost got eye cancer from looking at the post(no offense random dude!)
Respectfully, I think you could have worded that a little better. You may not have understood what someone had said, but whoever said it, took the time out of their day, for free, in order to help you. The least you can do is show a little respect in your reply and no, saying sorry after you've insulted them in the same post, does not make it any more respectable. Having said that, the answer to you inquire, you can use this tool to make your own customized distro to install https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/msmg-toolkit.50572/ This would allow you to remove whatever you wish from the source and then you can install your own customized version of Microsoft Windows. You are welcome.
there seem to be issue with NVidia drivers I couldn't install any driver for my 750gtx card some thing about digital signature.
Social justice warrior to the rescue! I don't want to create my own distro. I didn't ask "how to create my own distro". I asked how I can remove, on my current installation, the apps "Mixed Reality" and "Windows Defender" from the Start Menu. Thanks! Yours truly, Kostas
