3PM EASTERN TIME should be the release iso

 

The MCT will create ISOs of 16299.15, since that is the RTM build. It's irrelevant whether MS have a newer build (16299.19), since as always that build will be supplied as a Cumulative Update to the RTM, and never be released as an ISO in its own rght.

 

Any difference between the current isos and the ones before (ESD to iso; Microsoft tool shelfhost method) ?

I saw that too once. Remember that you are seeing a landing page there, and since the only people who were supposed to be running the build at that time were Insiders it made sense for the page to say so. Presumably they can change the page on release to welcome new regular users.
