The .15 build is RTM, not .19 - you will get .19 (or a later build) as a Cumulative Update when it's deemed ready.
No, looks like WZor's source missed something, Pro-Work (and Pro-EDU) also doesn't accept CU or Flash updates. When did this change? Well, that does not help in regards to security. Does it get its own set of updates then?
OK, now I am really confused. I remember the update that changed the build to 16299.19. -- Was that not a cumulative update or did I misunderstand? Still, that does not answer the question as to how Microsoft plans to keep that updated?!
Did anyone tried to install this version on an old hardware? I keep getting bsod on my old Asus G73JH, right after it finishes installing, and then it enters an infinite loop of bsod and restart. It worked "fine" in previous version. This is happening both, via WU and via Iso. Does anyone have any idea what could be happening?

Windows 10 (multi-edition) VL, Version 1709 (Updated Sept 2017) 1bbf886697a485c18d70ad294a09c08cb3c064ac en_windows_10_multi-edition_vl_version_1709_updated_sept_2017_x64_dvd_100090741.iso IT IS NOT MY INTENTION TO INSULT ANYONE OR QUESTION ANYONE'S HONOR OR TRUSTWORTHINESS ( BUT THIS IS INTERNET SO.... ) Thank you
You only need to trust MDL, and the mods / posters here. They won't release a fake ISO with some trojans in it, believe me. All ISOs posted here are all authentic.
Someone posted one a temp one I believe, anyway it gave me no choice, put Home Version on so had to change to Pro.
