No, absolutely not. The files of the actual Windows system (.DLLs / .EXEs) are EXACTLY the same (I´ve verified that today with Speedcommanders verification methods). Also they MUST be the same (even without that test) because the cumulative update 16299.19 can be applied to it just fine. This would not work if the files were any different. I´ve installed my 16299.15 at the day this thread was created. If a Windows version has the same build number, it will ALWAYS be the same, Microsoft is not going to release different versions under the same build number, otherwise no updates would work later on.
ok, again thank you, i think i understand now. but...wow!!! how many many files/editions/version exist. iso...esd...svf...insider...slow ring...fast ring... i mean, i think it is good to have different options to choose but, maybe, only an ISO (or IMG) released by Microsoft, upgradable with patch I think will be more simple and useful.
No, not at all. They only create new ISOs that integrate updates all few months and only after a lot of cumulative updates for the current stable channel have been released. So you are looking at at least 2 to 3 months until a new ISO with integrated updates will appear. Just install the cumulative update 16299.19 once you´ve installed 16299.15, easy and not "dirty" or anything at all..
When I clean install build 1709 (Enterprise), Internet Explore and MS Edge doesn't sync Web passwords ???
