I'm now installing: Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB4041994) proposed by WU for 16299.15 RTM. What's this?
It's only offered on systems with an nVidia graphics card/chip, iirc. It installs a certain (extension for a) codec.
In this update I have a little problem. I can not use the old method to stop the windows that automatic install Candy Crush and they bloatware game I try to Uninstall it more that 10 times ! but it still reinstall itself in my computer I hate it Anyone can help me ?
I have a bug. Sometimes when I boot PC I see in desktop the touch keyboard and I didn't choose it from the taskbar context-menu.
I have received that update too, even I have not Nvidia, but I have 7th gen. Skylake CPU. It might be needed for HW supported 4K HEVC
That could be possible, yes. Can you check if this regkey is present (info provided by @abbodi1406) ? Code: Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\CPK1HWU\Final] "ActivationEnabled"=dword:00000001
With a few adjustments, but the tool "details" tab says 16299.15, when you run it without the cab and the /selfhost command it states there is a new updated tool and it links to the official upgrade MCT/UA page.
