What's confusing? They said all along that the Fast Ring would eventually be moved to RS4, once RS3 was completed. They did so this week.

MS have already said that 16299.15 is the RTM. Read the announcement in the Feedback Hub about being moved onto RS4, it specifically says there that 16299.15 is the RTM.

Or you can create a reg file and put the following contents:

    Remove-3dObjects.reg
    Code:
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MyComputer\NameSpace\{0DB7E03F-FC29-4DC6-9020-FF41B59E513A}]

    [-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MyComputer\NameSpace\{0DB7E03F-FC29-4DC6-9020-FF41B59E513A}]

Edit : I did not try to apply it to an offline Core 16299.15 image yet. Then convert to ProWks or ProEdu to see what would happen...

https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/windows-10-hotfix-repository.57050/page-236#post-1379611 Here i mentioned it won't install by WU on Pro-WS.
https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...-final-16299-15-pc.75255/page-61#post-1379682 here it failed on an offline mounted pro-ws image

Pro-edu i didn't test, but it should take updates, 15063 also did.

so yes, Pro E & Pro W are not supported (yet)

Pro W lovers will need to install Pro then change key to Pro W
    or just install Enterprise

It worries me. lol. I had store update disabled. But I always defeat it by uninstalling those apps whilst offline. Then I go to WindowsApps folder and delete it folders. After that I never have those apps reappeared.

That happened to me to. I had those apps removed before applying KB4043961 and after updating those apps came back to for me.

I removed Edge, but Start Menu Edge entry remained. MS says that Edge is embedded and Start Menu entry cannot be removed. Is that really so? Its not a big deal, but I don't like it... Overall, NTLited RS3 + latest update is not so bad for games, although I can't imagine dealing with stock-version-bloatware. It does "feel" snappier, although it could be placebo.
