dolby access app deosn't work for me. Headphones remain in trial and don't activate no matter what (I own the app). It says the app is beta or something. edit: it got fixed by itself. Overall the build seems solid. March is effectively over, there won't be another build for 1903.
Wonder if anyone has the answer to this question. If I install the 18362 build and Microsoft releases a different final build, would my software come in sync with the release software once I install a cumulative update? Thanks for the response.
If Microsoft were to release a new Build, you would have to upgrade to that Build. A CU can not do this.
This is remind me when was the build 16299.0 and people think that CU to 16299.15 give them the new build.
Remember 17133 ? When 17134 was released it was a New Build. No CU could turn 17133 into 17134. Only installing the New Build could do that.
If 18362 is signed off as the Final Build, 18362 WILL NOT change. CU's add incremental numbers like 18362.15, 18362.27 etc.
Thanks for the answers, guys and gals. I will hold off updating any more of my computers until official confirmation of the release build number is announced. I wonder what confusing reports will be posted on the Internet April 1 regarding Windows 10 Spring update 2019. We should be on our guard.
You guys just need to have some patience and wait and see what happens. No point getting angry and making assumptions.
