Patch Tuesday is the 2nd Tuesday of the Month. So look at a Monthley Calender, 2nd Tuesday of any Month.
I think you are getting this error when removing some component from windows that you are trying to install patch for. For example in my case when Edge Chromium was released i removed old edge with wim tweak and installed Chromium one and that was when i started to get that specific error (if i recall correctly). Sadly cant check this anymore because i was forced to reinstall because of it and somehow im reluctant to remove old edge again and be forced in to reinstall in case its not fixed yet ;P If you are enabling/disabling components official way with windows features you should be fine but removing them kinda "hacky" was producing that error... Sadly there is no proper way to disable integrated Edge as far as i know
Something Very interesting about 19H2. 18362 doesn't change ????? The 1st 19H2 Build for X-Box (18362.7113.190514-1920) was released today.
That would indeed confirm the rumors about 19H2 being kind of a more polished 19H1 without any major features included.
It will get some feature updates and backported 20H1 fixes, still no clue about how it's going to get distributed.
I fired up the test system, got a new ssd in and no delay, settings > apps opened instantly, did a reboot and now it doesn't for about 1.5 minutes, it's pretty random.
It's ready if you don't have big bugs. Now my PC turn off and turn on unexpectedly. I don't know why. I updated to 116 before.
Wow I'm running this build from day one as main system there are minor bugs but all over works great for me some people only see problems down the way but to be honest maybe they don't have the knowledge to put it inperspective (not want to offend nobody) but still my my 2 cents
Still crashing here. I just timed it and it took nine and a half minutes for Settings > Apps to open! Same here, been running 1903 since day one and other than a few minor issues that are easily dealt with it has been rock solid.
