    So, is it the same ISO as the one released on March in Insider Preview ring? Why they didn't released it with the Cumulative Updates (18362.116) ?

    There was no insider preview iso, 1903 on techbench = consumer = mvs = ESD = 18362.30

    UUP provides base 18362.1 + SSU/CU/Dynamic Updates.

    ps, the ESDs don't contain the same sku's as the Techbench/MVS ISOs!!!

    ALL MVS 18362.30 ISO's (consumer and business) are already available for many weeks now;)

    Today MSFT released the MCT (consumer only) and @abbodi1406 published the separate ESD download links (consumer and business).

    Can someone confirm if Windows Sandbox is still broken on non-English Windows editions? I keep getting error 0x80070002 at startup. And after installing recent Intel microcode updates (KB4497165) I'm getting error 0xc0370106.
