the install took for ever i upgraded on top of 17763 so far so good i notice it created a contact folder on my desktop?
To create a 18362.30 iso, you need 18362.1 + SSU/CU, after integrating those 2 updates, you will have a 18362.30 iso. So 18362.1 should be the base iso released, but since 17763.1 they released 17763.107 and called it the base iso too. This time they skipped releasing 18362.1 iso's.
Oh I see! You're back to being confusing and contradicting yourself. So why again are you waiting and what exactly are you waiting for?
Installed this over 1809, went smooth took about 40 mins on my rig, its pretty stable for a upgrade, apps setting crashes (But hopefully will be fixed in future) and the odd thing is the problem i was having with CSGO dropping frame rates to 30fps have vanished??? perhaps because i had steam and all my apps already install due to upgrade, going to see how it goes and might perform a fresh install,, but if its working don't fix it is what they say! so thumbs up from me
19h2 will be a big cumulative update maybe some added features as most of microsoft resources working on 20h1 as 2020 the year of disappearing windows 7 so they need a more stable windows 10 version to show the lazy security naive peeps still on win 7 and xp that they should migrate to win 10 finally me i have win 10 but my main will always be server datacentre versions with gui
or you can check the OP OP has it all. look sharp & the OP might even have a solution for global warming
If I remember correctly (as 18362.30 was released 2 fraking months ago) it was stable and ran superbly. However, as it was RELEASED 2 MONTHS AGO you may as well do as multiple people have suggested to you multiple times and use UUP dump to make a 18362.116 ISO.
besides the lazy thingy a lot of windows users are stuck with xp & 7 under compulsion simply because certain software they need are not 10 friendly / compatible. i have even come across financial & governmental institutions running xp because they cannot upgrade due to hardware limitations caused by financial constraints.
