anyone else having blurry txt issues again with the latest build?

Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 18362) (18362.19h1_release.190318-1202)

 

Where i can download the .cab file for the language pack

I tried to download

microsoft-windows-client-languagepack-package_fr-ca-amd64-fr-ca.esd

But i cannot unzip it say :

ERROR: ESD original structure (4 images minimum) is not met.

yes i downloaded it direct from M/S using the media creation tool so not the one from here, i went for the released today version, and then put in on a USB stick and did a fresh install on that, sorted the DPI issues as well, seems you have you untick the advanced scaling settings come out of it, then go back in and re select it, then any program you open after that, like chrome etc or steam or open office etc, don't no longer look font fuzzy

u should be able to taskbar located USB and simply remove - and if Windows does not see them your good to go.... install and upon reboot all you external USBs are again intack.
I do this and disconnect my 4 external USB Flash drives and 2 USB external Drives... no issue.

 

I tried that, and removed usb devices from usb icon on tray. Also disabled all related stuff from device manager. But no luck.

Probably has something to do with internal hdd drives. I have an optical drive too.

I have nothing left connected to usb ports.

I guess MS rushed a little this release. They thought it was because usb drives and the problem goes further and not limited to that. Lets see if more people report this.

Interesting, can you explain in detail how do that ?

I mount .iso and i check option to scan for updates on installer ?

 

I checked tamper protection is ON , but still now defender is OFF , i think group policy editor worked . but sometime before it was not working !!

anyways now it is off.

 

Here Is My Opinion nobody will be able to install this Update until they fix the problem with the USB Problem Its Not Even showing the update in Windows Update like it said on Neowin site it has not showed up on my Windows Update they should do away with this update in my opinion.

 

Well i have 19H1 installed and i am getting this error , while starting windows sandbox.
any clue guys?
