OK but after leaving it for a while nothing was happening so I did a reboot into safe mode and before reaching the lockscreen Windows said it could not install the updates and was undoing them.It rebooted and finally went into safe mode.Ran sfc /scannow all was well.Looked up the issue at the Microsoft community, someone else had this issue with Advanced System Care as well.So I disabled that in services and installed the update by cab files. All seems ok and I am on 18362.145

and both 18362.1 insider releases are the same as public release 18362.30 just with .30 CU integrated right

what about security updates ? are they included in cumulative updates or SSU ?? if not where to find the latest ones ??

SSU are security updates and each new SSU replaces the previous one as I read on information page for each update
    same thing with CU,
so I need only the latest CU and SSU and everything will be good, exactly what @Enthousiast told me before.

i'm just curious what updates do i need to update boot.wim ? and can i just leave it without updates
just how it is from the base version, or is there any problem with that ??

I just did a 1903 x64 clean install (untouched version) on a VM and when typing something's name on the Start Menu nothing appears (although if I click on "Enter" it opens whatever I typed if it exists, obviously) and when I open Sandbox it states "No hypervisor was found. Please enable hypervisor support” (this last problem might happen because it's a VM). Weird.

So if I have KB4497935 (.145) installed without SSU, I need to uninstall it ? Or to wait for the next CU ?
Many sites shows the CU but not SSU.

I use "Universal-USB-Installer", it is simple, unlike the insane Rufus, which stopped working for me anyway and USB created by it does not boot neither on laptops nor on my computer.

It all depends on how KB's are installed. If installed thru WU, then SSU is automaticly installed 1st before CU, BUT if you install manualy, then you have to install SSU 1st using DISM etc.
Check winver to see if you are at .145 ?

is adobe flash player integrated by default in every version of windows 10 ??
so when making an updated iso of windows 10, should we always integrate latest security updates for it ??
can it be removed with no impact on the OS ??
