I installed Windows 10 PRO version 1903 (OS Build 18362.175). I wished to turn on .NET Extensibility 3.5 and .NET Extensibility 4.8 from "Control Panel>Programs>Programs and Features" and it doesn't work. (I selected boxes for .NET Extensibility 3.5 and .NET Extensibility 4.8 , then it "Searching for required files", say that "Applying changes" at and the end "Windows completed the requested changes". When I came back to verify the selected boxes , they are still not checked !). Thanks a lot for help.
Hello Kedar, I saw your post, but you said that the optimized offline tool is for windows 10 1803 to 1903 and i'm stuck on the LTSB 1607 because i thought in the pass was the fasted windows with not bloatwares, ^^,
Unfortunately, No, not solved yet. I googled about that error code & it seems to be a Dotnet installation error, although in my systems, all the 3.5 & latest 4.8 dotnet versions are installed. So, I post here earlier for help, but none replied.
Resetbase can cause this, or the dotnet install is corrupt, both have been discussed before, both can probably be solved by an inplace upgrade or a clean re-install.
Didn't use Resetbase, & about the solution, it might have discussed earlier with someone else, but not with me, & as I didn't get any reply of that particular of my comment, neither anyone told or redirected me towards that specific comments/thread/discussion, so I ain't aware of that, hence asked. And About the In-place upgrade, what do you mean? How can the in-place upgrade possible in 19H1 for 19H1?
I have no clue why someone would claim that. MSDM HWID KMS KEY Non of them will influence the system performance. "Cleaned up" installs most likely will end up in problems at some time.
Thanks for let me know that, I just hear that, and i didn't confirmed, now i can confirmed by you a knowledgeable user, so thanks. By the way , any tip on getting the last build from Windows 10, from 1607? cause Kedar recommended me a way of doing that but starting from the windows 10 1803 ^_^
That's not true, I replied to you. Sure my response was a stab in the dark as I had not seen your particular issue before, but I DID reply.
Yeah, you replied, sorry, my bad. I forgot, but nothing useful though. As you said by yourself, that was a stab in the dark, maybe that's why I forgot about it.
It's OK buddy. I hope you figure out. Have you tried @Enthousiast's suggestion of doing an in-place upgrade then try updating?
Oh no no, there was a misunderstood was wondering is there a way to get from 1607 to the last Windows 10 build 1903? Cause the method he used is just by upgrading from 1803 to 1903, and i want to get the ISO 1903 windows 10 But there are many iso 1903, so dunno which one to download .
