I got this error windows sandbox failed to start. Error 0x80070002. The system cannot find the file specified. build 18362.1 any solution for this error ?
Well so it's enabled by default for new install? I believe I enabled it when I upgraded from 1809 to 1903.
It's almost certain that this is the final version, unless they find a groundbreaking bug like RS4(17133.1 -> 17134.1).
Is there a way to download Enterprise version Windows 10.0.18362.1 ? With uupdump I can download only Pro version . Adding ei.cfg in source folder does not help after installation.

nope rtm released today for MS-DOS 2019 with free utilities like Stacker and QEMM for memory optimization; they also throwing in norton utilities 2019 and a suite of leisure suit larry games
I love how every time there's a new build, 1/4th of the posts are "This is new RTM final build" and another 1/4th are posts like this one commenting on how often we say that.
And in the end, it always turns out to be RTM after all, it just takes about month for everyone to accept it, unless there is a stopping bug like the last time, though even that scrapped version was still released as RTM.
