That's the half-ass hipster way of being professional, I guess. What a mess. There is no strategy in Windows, it all depends on the mood and the color of Dona's dress at the day. The weirder, the better. PS: I have no insights into their development processes, but I wouldn't be surprised if this is an example of how "Agile" and "DevOps" are failing.

So at the end when they want to release 1909 to public we will get one huge CU(huge in comparision with normal CUs) and jump into 1909?
