[DISCUSSION] Windows 10 1903/9 'FINAL' Build 18362/3.xxx (PC) [19H1/2 Release]

It's gonna be RTM just because they want to prove that they're getting better, saying "look, it took us one build less this time to complete it."

 

Not on my PC. Turned off tamper control and disabled defender via GPO and it still is running.

 

So whatever and whenever "RTM" is released, will this be upgradable to it? Also can I convert this insider install wim to esd?

not sure going to the effort as of yet to clean install this ,waiting to Friday to see another build...then again maybe no new build today is spring and March 20 sounds RTM

After getting home from work I was able to put this build to more tests. It seems like I am back to not being able to disable defender via GPO, and GSOD when removing optional features in 32 bit. Logged feedback, but I expect it to be ignored.

RTM has all the features. This build stills not.
