Check on a clean installed system. Perhaps some kind of program or driver disrupts the notification center. On my system which I constantly update from version 1803 there are no problems.
Quite possibly never - it's up to Microsoft. AFAIK they don't produce ESDs of every CU build, only the interim updates they release every few months.
Not sure if this was posted before, but I cannot find it. I am trying to move from 1903 Ent to 1809 LTSC while keeping the installed software and user data. Other than setting Code: Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion] "EditionID"="EnterpriseS" "ProductName"="Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019" I don't know what else needs to be set. It allows me to do the install from within Windows, but only by removing installed software and user profiles. Is what I try to achieve even possible?
I don't know if keeping the apps is possible, considering LTSC doesn't officially contain the UWP apps.
I tried downloading but it says link will be available for 24 hours only. I have cap on daily bandwidth & cannot download 4.5 gb in 24 hours. Is there any torrent available Thank You
19H1 (1903) is build 18362. 19H2 (1909) will build 18362. There will be no new build. Only revision will be new.
I understood, but because of that limitation, i assume it won't be supported to keep the apps in general
Maybe reading this article will clarify it a bit more, why msft is doing this: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...elease_svc_19h2_rel.79895/page-2#post-1534047 If this all works, maybe the big full build releases, needing a full upgrade twice a year, can be replaced by this new "servicepack like" CU updates.
What is this 8 GB NTFS PortableBaseLayer partition that appears on Disk Management? Is it related to Sandbox (which isn't even working)?
