For the record here, there is no need to use a third party program to disable Reserved Storage. Simply mount your created ISO or as I do when using UUPDump, select the create virtual editions options and rename the create_virtual_editions.cmd file as the script is doing it's thing and go do something else for a little while. Yes I am aware that you can edit options in. the convertconfig.ini file to accomplish the same thing but I find simply renaming the next script inline to stop the process is easier. Anyway when the aria2 script stops because it can't find the create virtual editions script, press 0 to close it and navigate to the sources directory and open a command prompt and run these simple commands... Code: MKDIR C:\WIMMOUNT DISM /Mount-Image /ImageFile:install.wim /Index:* /MountDir:C:\WIMMOUNT <---Change the * to your required index REG LOAD HKLM\1 C:\WIMMOUNT\Windows\System32\config\SOFTWARE REG ADD HKLM\1\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ReserveManager /v ShippedWithReserves /t REG_DWORD /d 0 REG UNLOAD HKLM\1 DISM /Unmount-Image /MountDir:C:\WIMMOUNT /Commit Rinse and repeat for all indeces. :) When done: RMDIR C:\WIMMOUNT When you are done simply run the create_virtual_editions.cmd file and it will create whatever editions you selected with ShippedWithReserves already disabled and then an ISO file for you to do with as your heart desires.
Imagine using uTorrent in 2019... There are a better alternatives, in fact alternatives that are not spyware. They are also free(Libre) software. Check qBittorrent, Deluge or Transmission.
Where the 19H2 aka 1909 thread/OP have gone? Not able to find that one, used to be there under the Windows 10 discussion forum.
Better why? Just because it's newer or did you really test it? Best in what respect? More features, better performance, more stable, better support, better compatibility with a specific thing, or what? "Better" is very subjective.
I second you. the term 'Better' is really very subjective. Although, I didn't face any major issue or don't have any complaint regarding 19H1 since march, the very beginning of the release.
Thank you Enthousiast, I had expected you were the 1st to reply. Needless to say you're a hero man, thank you so very much for your continuous efforts!
