@Carlos Detweiller your comment is thoroughly unhelpful to non-Americans like me, who have no idea in what timezone Redmond is in. @Konstantinos The updates tend to come between 17 and 18 GMT.
Every release Microsoft has ever done, the Time Stamp has always been based on Redmond time. Just like the Date is always year/ month/ day.
I'm an Insider and was only offered 05 and 12 as well, I had no issues manually installing 06 and 13 though.

I clean formatted today, did all the updates fine in the morning, now I get this There were problems installing some updates, but we'll try again later. 2019-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4512508) - Error 0x800f0982 Tried clearing the cache and deleted C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution but didn't work.
Hi, Do you guys have found a way to turn off Universal Orchestrator Start scheduled task or prevent it to wake up the computer (without disabling wake timers)? Disabling Reboot task (and rename it in Explorer) worked in previous Windows 10 version.
I'm not American, and I have no idea what timezone you are in. Even if you don't know the Redmond timezone, almost every Internet search engine will tell you.
With which one of the 2? All I can do now is wait the torrent to start or ms to release August's iso. And I think the second one will happen first
