So, I did a Windows 10 Enterprise Version 1903 Build 18362.1 x64 pt-pt clean install and on the Start Menu, Reconhecimento de Voz shows up as Windows Speech Recognition and Configuração do Sistema shows up as System Configuration (so, not in my native language which is portuguese) and in spite of this the latter is in portuguese after opening it and not in english.

When I try to open Windows Speech Recognition I have an error message.

Cardiac arrest? Plus, in the Windows 10 case, someone pooped into the box.

my disk cleanup tool didn't show me many GB of Windows installations... about 700mb it was.

P.S I am not using Fast or Slow Ring! Just normal Windows version with the latest updates available for non beta or preview users installed.

It's really confusing by now. Did Msct released the final build for 19H1 or not yet?
If yes, what is the version number?
    If it's 1903, why it's not 1909?

My main PC is running Insider hence I couldn't figure out all above!

19H1: 1903 => 18362.30 (.30 is base image released by MSFT. Latest CU is .329)
19H2: 1909 => 18363.xxx (not yet released. Just enablement package that bumps version only. no features!)

I have just done a clean install of the 18363.329 ISO and it worked flawlessly.
    Win10 v1909 Build 18363.329.png
By the way - no watermark at all!

    EDIT:
The only problem I have is, that my current v1909 Build 18363.329 obviously needs an update, but cannot (yet) get it.
Here is the related picture (translation: "Your device is missing important security and quality fixes").:

There was not anytime watermark in 19H2.

This is the best way. I could do that too but it takes couple of hours (At least for me) to make ISO and I don't have the strength for this.

I ran disk cleanup last night, it was faster than when run in RS5, which I updated from.
OS/System is running good now knock knock

You shouldn't try those stuff above ^ or you're in for some trouble. Haven't you guys been reading the bug that affects 19H1's lastest versions since July?

Be careful and make a backup when using the cleanup system image (DISM) and disk cleanup as these can cause update issues with future CU's
