18363.329 contains nothing though different than 18362.329, it just changes 18362 to 18363 and marks it as 1909. They haven't pushed any 1909 changes to the RP ring.

IKR, but again, that doesn't change the fact that it's been released in RP ring officially by MS. So, technically, 19H2 is now on RP ring, what I pointed earlier.

The point is 19H2 on RP Ring Does Not contain the same amount of 19H2 stuff as 19H2 on the Slow Ring does.

yeah i saw on another thread that the rp ring iso nothing other than testing build number change and it doesn't contain the features in 10014 and 10015 so microsoft is just trying out different upgrade/install methods :) regardless final will just be like a cu on windows update for us on 14/15 that gets whatever basic features and then we hop on or watch the bandwagon until 20h1 :) me will wait for 20h1 rtm as i don't have other fast machines to waste as guinea pig :)

Considering cleanup is being deprecated since 1809, maybe that is the reason, it is faulty and we should move on to storage sense? I wonder, if it can be run via a command?

    You mean Disk Cleanup?

StartComponentCleanup is just option in it, it will not go away
and it's not faulty, cumulative updates are the faulty (the PSFX thing, and the way they remove components after they add them)

Windows 10 version 1909, codenamed 19H2, is the next major release expected to release in September 10, 2019. However, unlike previous releases, this version is a smaller update that will be offered as a cumulative update through Windows Update. (Similar to a service pack.)
