Yep, which as I thought we all knew was the only true way to get a hold of a base ISO to update. But alas time seems to have made at least one of think that MS released it.

Nah, there are frequent reminders about it being available on UUP only ;):D:D But less and less needed, though :) But that will soon increase again :D

Read the post he quoted. I saw it and was like someone will come along and correct him but nope, never happened. Which leads us to the present moment. I didn't want someone to come along looking for a base ISO that doesn't exist until you create it yourself.

Most seem to only want the latest refresh iso, lately. But those who have a clue about creating one manually will know (or be reminded) how to fetch a .1 one.

But about that announcement, it's not maintained properly :D

Yeah running startcomponentcleanup or lettting the system run it on its own on any build recently breaks being able to install future updates.

I can't see anything new in there?

    Original text:

They released 18362/3.329 with update UPDATE 8/29, what is exactly new now?

The line about the "seeker" experience mentions it's increased to 100%, wasn't it already 100% available for people (in the RP ring) before, for those who manually clicked "check for updates"?

10% in the RP Ring were on 18363.329 & 90% were on 18362.329. Now everyone (100%) should be on 18363.329
That is how I read it ???

The 10% is still the number mentioned in the new update, so what is actually increased to 100%?

    I think i've got it.

The seeker experience was first at 10% to get the 1909 enablement package, now it's at 100% and 10% of the normal RP ring users, not the seekers, will now also get it :)
