    1909 is release preview or general public?, because i cannot update to that version without being a insider.

    19H2 is still part of the Insider Program. It is on both the Release Preview Ring (18363.356) & the Slow Ring (18362.10019). The 2 Rings will merge into 1 for Final Build. Insiders are due to get Final Build this Month & General Public in Oct.

    But, If im correct, ReleasePreview ring actually does not include any feature, right? So if we really want 19H2, we have to use 100xx (Slow Ring).

    1909 atm is just 18362.xxx + 1909 enablement package, it only bumps an 18362.xxx install to 18363.xxx. nothing more, nothing less.

    All file hashes are same between 18362 and 18363 in UUP

    Wait a minute, does enablement package actually turn on every features of 19H2 on 18363.xxx? I thought it only bumps version. But above statement says all features.... So confusing. I thought only 10019 has all features.

    It seems confusing to the blog writers too, on the 10019 blog they said, all features are now enabled for all people who run it.

    Afaik, 18363 doesn't have them enabled, but haven't installed and investigated.

    So which version has the features of 19H2? How can i enable them in 18363? Or do i need the 18362.10019???

    For now, only 18362.10019 SLOW ring has all features enabled.

    Both, 18363.356 and 18362.10019 have "manage notifications" in action center.
