had a fresh install of 18363.388 windows update gave me 418 but it froze at 74% installing anyone else?
Expect some delay with the "RTM". The earlier CU threw up isolated but major bugs. Speaking for myself, I feel it's better this way
@eagle PC i'm too on 18363.388 try update to .414 but say " windows could not install the update " restart and back to 388
I have examined the content of your (Enthousiast) link to the Hotfix repository. So is the correct update strategy to go from 18362 to 18363 (by applying the latest kb4517245) and then applying the SSU/CU (kb4521863 + kb4517389) to get 18363.418? Is this going to work for users already at 18362.10022? ~Don
