    Yes there is, @MrMagic installed the 1909 EP on 18362.10022 and it now bumped up the build to 18363.10022, it's not supported and prevents an inplace upgrade, with keeping all files and apps, to work.

    I did the same and now i am uninstalling the 1909 EP from 18363.10022 to see what happens.

    Now it's back to 18362.10022, trying an (inplace) upgrade, using a 18363.32x+ ISO.

    @Euclid :
    When on 18363.10022:
    1. Uninstall the 1909 EP
    2. Now it's back on 18362.10022
    3. Now the upgrade, using a 18363.32x+ ISO works with keeping all files and apps.

    ps, don't forget to leave the SLOW ring.

    I download both 32 and 64 bit versions of "Windows10_InsiderPreview_Client_x32_es-es_18363" and after mounting iso, a dism -getwiminfo shows this:

    Versión: 10.0.18362 / Compilación del Service Pack: 327 so, no "418" update... ISOS are not ready yet :/

    Those are the INSIDER PREVIEW 1909 18362.327 ISOs.

    As usual the sensation posters/websites never show it's working or not.

    There are no new 18363.xxx ID's on techbench.

    Same here.

    Ok, wasted my 5GB bandwidth & time.

    Downloading the ISO from UUPDump and downloading the Feature Update instead of the CU, knowing that there isn't any real diff except the ISO HASH in compared to the original, I somewhere have seen/heard that the ISO that's created from this UUPDUmp website has a different OOBE (setup options or colour matrix or anything else. Can anyone confirm and /or explain this?

    The difference between the UUP feature update and cumulative update is that the feature update also contains a du for sources.

    The difference between an official ISO and an UUP iso is that on the UUP iso only the SSU/CU updates are downloaded and sometimes a du for safeOS, and an official ISO contains dotnetcu and flash update too.

    You can add those two updates to the UUP folder when it still is downloading the UUP files or create the UUP folder before you start the download and put the dotnetcu and flash update in the UUP folder.

    No difference in OOBE, the same install.wim as with official ISO.

    I also run and downloaded that version "Windows10_InsiderPreview_Client_x64_en-gb_18363" but upon mounting it, it shows the same description ans stated above

    If someone wants to install 19H2 from 19H1 just first install on 19H1 18362.418 update and then download the 19H2 esd file converted to an iso and make the upgrade to 19H2.

    I'm not sure, but the ISO from refresh esd (that isn't available now) will be smaller then the ISO from uupdump.ml.

    because is only pro not intragrate all editions!!!!mine iso is 3.79GB
